Om corresponds to the original vibration that arose at the time of creation.  The sound rises above all boundaries. Consciously connecting with it allows us to reach the deepest recesses of our spiritual selves.  Blocks and limitations dissolve and we become calm and centered.  The word itself attracts beauty and vitality.

This 10 minute meditation starts with Michele speaking and moves into the Om chant.  There are 8 minutes of silence to sit quietly and continue with your meditation.  You will then hear Michele speak again at the end.  Please feel free to chant along or just allow the Om to move through you.

Power is an interesting word.  For many people the word conjures up images of people in positions of authority who have lots of money and affluence.  For others it may convey physical strength, and for some it is ego driven and connected to something that is corrupt.  There are many different types of power.  Some seemingly good and some bad, but none are greater than the power that we have within.

Everywhere we look there is energy for our journey.  Noticing that energy and learning how to use it is a sacred skill.  This skill needs to be developed and honed so that we can manifest our dreams and visions.  There is nothing more important than energy.  Energy is the essence of light.  It is what fuels us and moves us toward our heart's desire.
