It's not you, it's me. Now that's a brave sentence that very few people have the courage to say. To admit out loud that it is our fault, that we are responsible. We made the mistake and we are wrong. Wow! Not many people have the guts to own this point of view. We don't like being wrong. We work really hard to be right. But does this intention serve us or does it actually block our excellence?
