People are far more intuitive than many of us think. We are constantly picking up clues and information from others whether we realize it or not. Some people telegraph their thoughts and objectives so loudly it is as though they were wearing a large sticky note pasted to the front of their body. Now this is not an issue if you are relaying that which you would like to send to others. However, it can be very problematic when the messages you are sending out are counter-productive to your goals and intentions.

Every day our face shares our story with the world.  Whether we are looking in the mirror or into the eyes of someone else, our face carries the thoughts and feelings of our past, present and future.  Is your face open and receptive or tired, closed and drawn?  Our face is our witness and our communicator.

Many of us move through our lives with personalities that do not reflect or resemble our true self. We standby and watch as limited parts of our selves take control. We may act helpless or despondent, picky or pushy. We may play the part of the victim or tyrant, worrier or nag. Whether our limited personality seems nice such as a people pleaser or harsh as a critic is not really the issue. Any one part or character that acts as if it is the captain of our ship can move us off course, block our inner joy and drain our life energy.
