If we listen carefully most of us will realize that there are many different voices inside of us. This is not a psychological issue but a natural occurrence that many of us experience in our daily lives. These voices have opinions, perceptions, agendas, and dialogues that sometimes have very little to do with our well-being. They can be supportive, destructive, sweet or condescending, as well as tenacious or relentless. It is important to observe these voices so that we can learn to recognize and identify our true voice, the one that cares about us the most.
