Many changes necessitate a passage. Some changes are short and quick while others require us to walk through a tunnel of darkness. When one is walking through this tunnel it is easy to forget where we are going. The past begins to pull us back. Our memory of what once was awful and restrictive can become romantic and selective. How do we get to the other side when we are in the midst of the unknown and the unfamiliar? How do we remember the calling we first heard in the beginning of this journey?
